ABOUT THE BLOG

I am the wife of a first responder and mother of 2 girls.  After a traumatic event, my family began navigating a new normal.

Unfortunately for me, I was often left empty-handed as I searched for any article, blog, social media account that I felt some connection to; my story was not reflected in the other stories I was finding.

My hope for this blog, my passion project, is that it may just reach one person who can find some comfort in feeling that they are not alone as they navigate a new normal.
